INTAKE INTERVIEW
​
The collection of key information during the intake process increases safety, reduces liability, and eliminates confusion. It allows Providers to be better prepared. Takes approx 1 hour to complete.

OFF-SITE CHILD VISITS
​
As a monitor we are to observe and ensure safe contact between a non-custodial parent with one or more children as a neutral third party in accordance with the Family Code.

Depending on the number of children, children's needs, location, transportation needs, requirements and overall detailed information surrounding the case.
SUPERVISED EXCHANGE
​
Supervision of the transfer of a child from one parent to the other. Precautions are taken to assure that the two parents or other individuals exchanging the child do not come in contact with one another.

TELEPHONE/SKYPE MONITORING
Light House Child Visits offers phone and video monitoring as an additional service which allows parent to be able to still visit with child/children as desired.

REPORTS
​
Detailed observation reports are written and kept by monitor during each visit. A copy will be available and provided upon request. Additional reports are available; Summary Reports, Incident Reports and Declaration Reports. Rate varies depending on report requested.

COURT TESTIMONY
​
Court Testimony: Provider may be required to appear in court and testify informally regarding case plans, the child’s well being, reasonable efforts, visitations and parental performance.
